Your SAT's are pretty bad if it's out of a 2400 scale. Maybe you should consider retaking them again, and maybe SAT IIs? Being Ranked 1st puts you in a pretty good spot. If Georgetown has Early Decision, go for it if its your #1 Top Choice and you really want to go there. It puts you into a whole another pool. You have a shot, but it’s just a ’shot’.

You will most likely get in early action because you're a valedictorian and student council president but even if you get deferred for some reason I imagine you'll end up getting in. I tend to think though, if you apply for all of these (and a backup plan) you'll get into One of the main ones you want. Each of them have acceptance rates around 10%, which means only 1 out of ever 10 applicants gets in, so if you were only applying to one or two of them, you chances wouldn't be very good at all.
